Good Gardeners International accepts returns on the basis of all the following conditions:

1. You must inform us of any returns you wish to make within 14 days of the products being delivered to you. 

2. The products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

3. The products or packaging must not be damaged.

4. The products must not be bespoke / custom made for you.

5. You must cover the cost of delivering the item back to us.

6. The delivery charge will not be refunded.
