I grew up on a Somerset farm in the 1960’s  I developed Arthritis some years ago and it was severely restricting the work I could do. I found a cure that has completely stopped it, I changed my diet.

Olive Oil, Cider vinegar and rock salt everyday on a salad lunch.

We had a two year period when we produced no crops  when we were moving and looking for a farm.

The salad we now grow is all grown the Good Gardeners way with our special nutrient rich system. It’s grown the No Dig way serviced with our HH-4 special compost/fertiliser. This is veg that contains a high content of Minerals, Vitamins and Proteins – the all important ingredients for a healthy life.
