This edition of On Your Farm is about a farm VERY SIMILAR to the Good Gardeners Demo Farm at Pontypridd.

The farm is a 60 acre farm in Brighton and supplies a lot of high class Restaurants in London.

We are of course making contact with them as they are suffering from certain pests and diseases that we have the solution for.

warabi in Japanese refers to bracken ferns, specifically their young, uncurled shoots, known as fiddleheads. These are a culinary delicacy in Japan and other parts of East Asia, often steamed, boiled, or cooked in soups. The starch extracted from bracken is also a key ingredient in the chilled dessert warabimochi.
