Contamination of Salad Crops – Salmonella

BBC Farming Today exposes the scandal of contaminated salad crops in the UK.

Simple answer:

Don’t use raw manure to produce your salad crops or water that maybe contaminated by sewage outfalls.

We use pure water to irrigate our crops (rainwater) and fully composted manure (HH-2 system)      QED.
