Step 1 – Drill out ‘plug’ from top of Swede (or of any root vegetable)
This particular vegetable is most relishable like this.
Step 2 – Add unsalted butter
Step 3 – Add pinch of rock salt
Step 4 – Wrap in tin foil and bake for 1-2 hours.
test by inserting knife. If it goes through fairly easily
it’s done.
