It is now found that previous information on cooking with Olive oil is incorrect. Michael Mosely describes how this new information on Olive oil is found to be beneficial with anti inflammatory properties even if you cook with it. Either regular Olive oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be used although the latter is more expensive.
Tests done on extra Virgin Olive oil and ordinary Olive oil found that both are beneficial for preventing Heart Disease and there was no difference between them.
