This one day course is designed for all kinds of gardeners and growers who wish to produce winter veg in tunnels.
Course covers mulching with green, brown and black carbon in conjunction with a simple rotation.
Mixing seed compost from our own stock. Sowing seed with correct Moon phase. Potting on.
How starting vegetables in pots in the tunnels leads to early outside production.
Transplanting into Tunnels for overwintering salads, greens and Chinese Veg.
Come and be inspired by the Well End team who are creating suitable conditions for growing winter veg in heavy London clay.
Course starts at 9.30 till 4.30pm
note: this course is still priced at £60 each
V/v Lunch included. Suitable for over 16’s.
We are on the mainline from Kings Cross at Elstree Station and a short taxi ride from there
