Our micro greens kit comes complete with correct colour balance LED lights, stand, and HH-4 compost for added nutrition and 2 pairs fitting durable seed trays for irrigation. LED lamps use very low electricity and last for 50,000 hours. You can turn these lights off while you sleep so the plants develop the same circadian rhythm as yourself. So you can have them in the bedroom.
