Death by a Thousand Cuts – River Pollution in the UK

The BBC has announed that the UK Government has now failed us in that its Environment Agency is so underfunded that it can not prosecute what they call low-level incidents.  This amounts to a Death by a Thousand Cuts as stated by Mark Lloyd of the Rivers Agency.

While no University or Agricultural Research Institute has come up with a solution we have been offering a solution for 25 years.  It’s better to start the solution at the beginning of the problem – rather than the end.
